Spell numbers in Indonesian words.

Use ungrouped digits with an optional leading minus. A single dot or comma is a decimal separator, never a thousands separator: 1.250 means one point two five zero. Use 1250 for one thousand two hundred fifty. Integer limit: 21 digits, through kuintiliun.

Number mode reads decimal digits individually, up to 20 places, or an explicit fraction such as -3/4 as “minus tiga per empat”. Fractions are not simplified. Rupiah mode accepts at most two decimal places for sen: 12,5 becomes “dua belas rupiah lima puluh sen”. It does not round or accept fractions.
