1. Permitted & Fair Use

KiloToolbox is provided free of charge for lawful personal, educational, and commercial purposes. You are welcome to convert, compress, format, and generate files for everyday workflow needs.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use KiloToolbox to:

  • Upload, process, or transmit files containing malware, trojans, ransomware, or malicious payloads.
  • Engage in automated denial-of-service (DoS) attempts, API scraping, or abusive traffic bursts that degrade platform stability for other users.
  • Process content that violates applicable local or international laws, including illegal, abusive, or unauthorized proprietary material.

3. Intellectual Property & Downloader Tools

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the content and files you process through KiloToolbox. When using social media or video downloader utilities, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess the lawful right, authorization, or license to download, transform, and use the respective third-party media.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

KiloToolbox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we employ battle-tested open-source libraries and strive for 100% conversion accuracy, we do not guarantee that file conversions will be error-free or uninterrupted. We strongly recommend retaining backup copies of original files prior to compression or modification.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiloToolbox and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or data loss damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our tools.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue tools or features at any time without prior notice in order to maintain security, performance, and legal compliance.
