Label Sticker Maker

Print product labels with barcodes.

Paste three columns in order: name, price, SKU. CSV and tab-separated rows work, with an optional name, price, sku header. One row makes one label, up to 1,000 labels. Prices print as entered.

Paper and label size

PDF fonts support Western Latin text, not full Unicode. Unsupported characters block export. SKUs use printable ASCII Code 128. Long text shrinks to 6 pt, then ends with “...”. Increase the label width for longer barcodes.

Print the PDF at actual size (100%), with scaling turned off. Thermal pages match the label width and height with no outside margins. Test on plain paper before using a label sheet.

Label sheet preview

Paste product rows or open a CSV file to preview your labels.

Preview is scaled to fit the screen. Dashed label boundaries are guides and do not print.

About Label Sticker Maker

Label Sticker Maker turns product rows into a printable PDF containing a name, price, SKU text, and Code 128 barcode on each label. Paste CSV or tab-separated data, or open a CSV file, then choose an A4 sheet layout or thermal pages matching your label dimensions. The preview shows how the current product rows fit on the selected paper. Parsing, barcode generation, and PDF creation run in your browser. You still need to check the product data, measure your label stock, and test the printed barcode with the reader you plan to use.

How to Use Label Sticker Maker

1

Enter name, price, and SKU columns

Paste exactly three columns in that order, or use Open CSV to load a file. The optional header is name, price, sku. Each product row creates one label, up to 1,000 labels. Name and SKU are required; price can be blank. Put commas inside quoted CSV cells when they belong to a product name or price rather than separating columns.

2

Match the paper and label measurements

Choose A4 sheet or Thermal. Enter the label width and height in millimeters. For A4, set the number of columns, the gap between labels, and the side and top/bottom margins. The layout must fit inside the paper. Thermal mode uses one label per PDF page with the specified width and height and no outside margin.

3

Review the labels across pages

Choose Helvetica, Times Roman, or Courier for the PDF. Inspect names, prices, SKU text, and barcode size in the preview, using the page controls when there are several pages. Correct any unsupported characters or barcode-width error before exporting. The preview scales to the screen; its dashed label boundaries are guides that do not appear in the downloaded PDF.

4

Download and test the PDF

Click Download label PDF. Open the result in your print application and print at actual size, or 100%, with fit-to-page scaling disabled. Test an A4 layout on plain paper before using adhesive stock. For thermal printing, select matching paper dimensions in the printer driver and check alignment and barcode readability on a real label.

Common Use Cases

Shelf and product price labels

Prepare product names, display prices, and internal SKUs in a spreadsheet, then export the three columns as CSV. Prices print as text; the tool does not calculate tax, convert currencies, or apply a currency format. Use Online Spreadsheet to prepare the source data when you need formulas or changes to the price values first.

Small batches on sheets or thermal stock

Use the same product rows for an A4 grid or a sequence of individual thermal pages. The PDF describes page geometry, while your printer settings determine how those pages reach the stock. If you only need a standalone barcode image rather than product labels, use Barcode Generator. For a camera check of a printed code, try Barcode Reader.

Tips for Best Results

  • Measure the physical label sheet rather than judging the scaled preview. Column width, gaps, and side margins all contribute to the total width; an arrangement that exceeds A4 is rejected.

  • Repeat a product row when you want several copies of the same label. There is no quantity column: one accepted row always produces one label.

  • Keep SKUs short enough for the label width. The barcode uses Code 128 with printable ASCII characters and blocks export when its bars would be too narrow for the chosen label.

  • The file import limit is 500,000 bytes, and pasted input is limited to 500,000 characters. Product names allow 200 characters, prices 40, and SKUs 80, but fitting those values on paper depends on the label width.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use an Excel workbook directly?

The importer accepts text rows rather than XLSX workbooks. Save the relevant sheet as CSV, or copy three spreadsheet columns and paste the tab-separated rows. Keep the order name, price, SKU and remove unrelated columns before loading the data.

Does the price column need a particular currency format?

No. Prices are printed as entered after surrounding and repeated whitespace is cleaned up. Include the currency symbol or wording you want if the chosen font supports it. A blank price is allowed. The tool does not add decimal places or recalculate the amount.

Are these retail EAN or UPC barcodes?

The label encodes the supplied SKU as Code 128. It does not assign a retail product identifier or turn that SKU into EAN or UPC. Confirm that Code 128 matches your inventory system and barcode reader before printing a batch.

Why is a long SKU rejected even below 80 characters?

Eighty characters is the input length limit. The barcode must also fit the chosen label width with adequate bar width and space at the sides. A long value can fail that geometry check. Increase label width or use a shorter SKU, then review and test the result.

Can the PDF print emoji or every writing system?

No. The available PDF fonts support Western Latin text rather than full Unicode, and unsupported characters block export. SKUs must use printable ASCII for Code 128. Change unsupported product text or choose another tool when your labels require other scripts.

What happens when a product name is too wide?

The text size decreases to a minimum of 6 points. If the text still does not fit, the displayed value ends with three periods. Check the preview and consider shortening the product name or widening the label so the essential identifying text remains visible.

Can I start halfway through a partly used A4 sheet?

The current layout starts at the first label position and fills rows in order. It does not provide a starting-slot or skip-used-label control. Use a fresh sheet for the configured grid, or choose individual thermal pages when that matches your stock and printer.
